Sales Policy

From birth until the moment they go home, a lot of work, energy, and love have gone into caring for our bunnies. Our bunnies are treated as pets from the moment they arrive or are born at our rabbitry. We shower them with love, care, and supplies needed to ensure the health and happiness of our bunnies. Because of this we expect that our future buyers will continue the same care we have given them for years to come since bunnies can live for 6-12 years.

  • We run a privately owned rabbitry and therefore do not have regular hours of operation.

  • We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the bunny you are interested in.

  • The rest of the purchase price will be paid in full when you come to pick up your bunny. No bunny will leave until payment is made. We accept Venmo, Cash App and Cash.

  • NO bunny will leave my care until they are at least 8 weeks old and this is state law and best for their health. No exceptions!

  • Once any bunny leaves my possession, I will not be held liable for any problems that arise from our transaction, either directly or indirectly. I do my best at all times to sell only good, healthy, quality bunnies.

  • I do recommend getting a health exam performed by a licensed exotic veterinarian when you first get your bunny. Most vets charge around $40-90 for an initial wellness exam.

  • I have the right to refuse any sale or cancel any sale. If I cancel a sale I will refund you any money that has already been paid.

  • All of my bunnies are sold on a first come, first serve basis. I will not hold any bunny without a $50 non-refundable deposit.

  • Once your bunny is 8 weeks old, you will have 3 days to schedule to pick up your bunny unless a special arrangement has been made. It is important to pick up your bunny as soon as possible so you can begin the bonding process. If you do not pick up your bunny within 3 days of them turning 8 weeks your bunny may go back up for adoption and you will forfeit any deposit made.

  • If you choose to cancel the sale of your rabbit any deposit is therefore forfeited.

  • I do not guarantee your bunny will be showable. Please do your own research on specifications.

  • I do not guarantee any bunny’s future breeding ability, reproductive performance, or the quality of offspring.

  • I do not knowingly sell any sick animals, and all bunny’s are sold healthy when they leave my rabbitry to the best of my knowledge. You are responsible to check over your rabbit to be sure there are no problems at time of pickup. I will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred by bunnies that have been sold.

  • I make every effort to correctly determine the sex of all bunnies, with a final confirmation before they leave my possession; however, a bunny’s gender cannot be 100% guaranteed.

  • PLEASE BRING A SUITABLE CARRIER AT PICK UP TIME – This is for the safety of your bunny, as they do not like car rides. I typically recommend a cat sized carrier either soft or hard shell, and a soft baby blanket or towel for inside.
